Apple took the wraps off its new iPhone for 2015: the iPhone 6S. Unveiled alongside the larger iPhone 6S Plus, the new model improves on last year's iPhone 6 in many ways, but looks almost exactly the same. Except that we now have a rose gold version, of course. The biggest difference from previous models is the introduction of 3D Touch, a evolution of Apple's multi-touch touchscreen technology. Similar to Force Touch on the Apple Watch, a user can push the screen with slightly increased pressure to introduce another layer of functionality, both in iOS and within apps. Heavy flooding over eastern Japan has caused three deaths, almost two dozen unaccounted for and houses washed away as residents were forced to their rooftops, desperate for rescue by military helicopters. In Miyagi Prefecture, one woman was found dead in her floating car, and in Tochigi Prefecture, to the north of the capital Toky, two deaths were reported, one in a landslide and another who had drowned.   Manchester United have opened contract talks with goalkeeper David De Gea. A fire broke out Tuesday on an outbound British Airways flight at the Las Vegas airport, leading 14 people to be transported for medical care for what a fire official called "minor injuries." A majority of the injuries came as passengers slid down the inflatable chutes to evacuate the Boeing 777, Clark County Fire Department Deputy Chief Jon Klassen said. The incident occurred shortly after 4 p.m. (7 p.m. ET) and involved British Airways Flight 2276, which was bound for London's Gatwick Airport, according to the McCarran International Airport's Twitter feed. Donald Trump thinks the United States should accept some refugees from Syria due to the "unbelievable humanitarian problem." Trump has made anti-immigration rhetoric a cornerstone of his campaign, but the Republican presidential candidate said Tuesday evening that though the migrants could pose a security risk -- floating the idea that there may be individuals with ties to Islamic militants -- he supported allowing them into America. David Cameron says the attack was "necessary and proportionate" to foil a number of terror plots on UK soil. The Prime Minister is set to face more questions over the legality of the targeted killing of two Islamic State fighters from Britain. Pope Francis implored Catholic institutions throughout Europe to show mercy to the flood of refugees arriving on their shores by offering them shelter. Police discovered the body parts of a child Saturday afternoon near Chicago's Garfield Park, the Chicago Police Department said.After a foot turned up, police initiated a search and found further parts.The park, which is centrally located near Chicago's New West Side, has been closed.
