According to Apple CEO Tim Cook, the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus — introduced a year ago — are the most popular smartphones in the world. So you could understand why the new iPhones unveiled today — the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus — don’t at first glance seem much different from their predecessors. Why mess with success, right?  But under the hood, the 6s and 6s Plus offer just enough gee-whizzy new features and incremental improvements to merit the new names.
